| Objectives and Goals |
The specific objectives of the association are:-
- Coordination and encouraging cooperation and networking among migrant organizations working in prevention, care and support, related to HIV/AIDS and other STIs;
- Strengthening and motivating migrant groups in the field: providing information, training, counselling and sponsorship;
- Lobbying and advocacy regarding migrant initiatives specifically in the sector;
- Improving efficiency in the use of health care resources;
- Reducing the spread of HIV/AIDS and other STIs ,and promoting healthy sexual behaviour, in the Netherlands;
- Contributing to and cooperating in the global fight against HIV/AIDS
